What exactly are the secrets of a millionaire mind?
It was a few years ago that the idea of becoming a millionaire came to mind. Some of you may have first started to think of becoming a millionaire right after you started to say the words " mama" and "papa". Not me...I guess you can say I am a bit of a "late bloomer". But what's really interesting is that when that thought came to mind, it was as clear as day...
Knowing that becoming a millionaire is more about transforming my mind and less about putting money in my pocket (a 10 year old can do that), I'm committed to absorbing as much information as I m able. The best medium for me to do that: reading.
I shared an article from T. Harv Eker last week; this week, I decided to read his book again, "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind". The first time I read it years ago, I did the exact opposite of what he suggested: instead of taking my time and completing the tasks, I just read it straight through. This time around, I'll be following instructions.
So in celebration of T. Harv Eker Month (I just decided that) I'll leave you with a quote:

I never heard of him before until a friend gave me his book many years ago. What I like about his book is how he digs deeper to finding what he refers to as our "money blueprint". It's an eyeopener....

Becoming successful or a millionaire usually requires a change in friends. The people a person associates with reflects their level of success.

possibly the best advice on here to today! you loose lots of "friends" in your education process.
Hey Veronica - I have heard of this guy. Is there a free copy of his book available? If so, can you post a link here, or PM me? I'd appreciate it! Would love to read that book. In fact, I would be willing to pay for it - I guess I can just do a Google search. If there is a free copy though - that'd be great!

I get emails from him periodically that may include downloads, but I've never seen a downloadable copy of his book. You can probably find a really good used copy on Amazon.
As I mentioned last week, I love his book. Having a millionaire mind or a million dollars is not so much about the money. It is about being confident enough to use your talents to serve as many people as possible. The money is the by product.
After reading your post last week, I pulled the book out again and discovered some of his new training.

I agree, Sondra. I think for me, becoming a millionaire or just financially stable seemed so far-fetched to me years ago, it's something I'd like to obtain. Is it the driving force in my life? Nope! Would I be ecstatic if it happened? Absolutely! More than anything, I'm looking forward to the transformation that can take place within, and how I can encourage and inspire others.
Didn't you say you signed up for one of his training as well?
Yes, I signed up for a free training seminar, Zero to Millionaire Training. The big thing that's really stuck with me was my need to focus on one activity for now. That was the topic of you post last week also.
I haven't had enough caffeine yet to remember everything else that I should be working on....
The Millionnaire Mind book that you talk about is among my top three favorite business books/ self help books that I own. The Bible being the top....

Eker's point here reminds me of precepts I read in "The Inner Game of Tennis" some years ago - the skills are important, sure, but the real trick is to reprogram our minds to reflect the reality we seek. Best wishes for your success!
