What Do They See?
Hi friends
Here is a good occasion to boost your imagination and also dig a little into men and women psychology.It pays if you understand differences in behavior of men and women when you deal with your readers and customers.
So, you see a man and two women . It's interesting to observe their reactions.The women are shocked and maybe even scared.
The man keeps calm, then he grins.
What do they see? Why are their reactions so different? Can you come up with your suggestions?

I see that they are at one of those state fairs where they have daredevil motorcycle stunts, The motorcyclist is speeding 360 degrees in circles and upside and around in one of the steeplechase tilt-to-whirl contractions
The women I shocked and frightened by this death defying stunt, but the guy is amused!
Oh what a terrible suggestion.And what an unpleasant insight into man's nature...Though it started at the times of the Roman Empire- "Bread and circuses"!
Vera - Maybe a child just learning to ride a bike or some other new activity like riding a horse. After a few wobbles or attempts the child falls.
The women react the way they do because they don't enjoy seeing the small child harmed.
The man however sees it as learning experience and is pleased that the child has made progress towards the new challenge, even though it may have caused some pain.

These two women react exactly like my wife does. It could be anything but if the men has a smile it is because it is nothing tragically serious but something which the two women find somewhat disturbing.

Looking at the wall fixtures a snake crawling out of a water drain! I didn't lower my scroll bar to look at other replies!
I do believe snakes can cause such a reaction on part of women. But it takes Rick, or any other inhabitants of Florida to grin at the sight of a snake. (I do remember his "Snakes" post..lol)
The whole thing is we don't see what's there in front of them.May be the river with those swimming or getting ready to swim, or the mountain, or the country road, or the cowgirl, or UFO!
Why is their reaction so different?:))
Looks probable to me...Though I was calmer I think . But I have 40% of man's brain. Remember?- I checked.:)
I know Rick, they saw you running over poor Fluffy and the women thought oh dear poor thing and the guy thought oh good, dinner sorted for the night lol. xxx

It appears to me that another woman took off all her clothes. Thereby the women are shocked, whereas the man likes the scene!!! Linda
PS Do you know the real reason, or is there just supposition?
