Is Anyone Having Problems with Private Messages
I have a Private Message which I cannot open.
I've tried several times over the past few hours. I've also rebooted my computer, to no avail.
This isn't an issue for Site Support, so the only way of knowing if there is a glitch is to ask my WA friends.

Yes, I received a private message which I couldn't open at first. Then when I'd answered the next private message the first message popped open. It was spam. Obviously steps had been taken while I was asleep and the person had been quickly blocked.
Thanks for that Marion. The one I can't open also came through the night, but it is from a new WA member. In response to my post Wayne sent me a trial PM which I could open, but still not the other one. I've left a message on that member's Profile, so we will see what happens!
Thanks Veronica. It's strange as Wayne sent a PM to test the system, and I could open his - but the other one!
I haven't received one lately so I can't tell but I hope this will be resolved soonest Valerie.

Hi, Valerie. I have not experienced any problems recently. In fact, I had sent and received some yesterday. How about I send you a test private email and see if you can open mine?

I get a few more PMs than I really want because most of them are spam, so I am not having a problem getting or sending them!
