Here is part I in case you missed the start of this run;

The First Part of the Bay Run in Full Colour

Now that we are running over the bridge we start going down the other side and we shall meet Mr. Greeny. The moment you've all been waiting for.

That is the hill we will be going down to meet Mr. Greeny.

Mr. Greeny, YAY! He is so happy to see you and he has given you his best smile yet! But the journey is not over, I still have 3 more kilometres to run!

What I call the rustic outdoor gym. I don't have time for this, ever!

Looking back at Iron Cove Bridge, which I never do when I am running.

The approach to Hell's Hill, (insert dramatic music here).

Hell's Hill! See that woman having to brake all the way down? It's about a 30º angle. How do I know you ask? Look, I stood there upright and let my arm swing down, pulled by gravity and the distance between my arm and my body was 30º okay? We are also talking about 4 kilometres into the run which makes this hill almost insurmountable.

This is what I call 'Easy Street' a 10º slope down where I can recover from Hell's Hill (What! You want to know how I knew it was a 10º slope? Give me a break!)

Somewhere over there is my starting point. You would think that it's cool and cloudy by looking at this picture, wouldn't you? It's not! For some reason my phone is blocking out the sunlight.

I have never mentioned Stink Pass. I don't know what is happening here but I am glad when it's well behind me.

Looking back at Iron Cove Bridge.

Running towards Rozelle hospital.

I run a little faster here because I am sure they think I am a borderline case. They are just waiting patiently (Pun intended).

Passing yet another boat club. These guys are up and at it when I pass at 4.30am!

Looking back at Iron Cove Bridge, yet again!

I call this City Slicker's Gym with a children's playground in the background.

Encouragement with a sting in it's tail. Behave yourself!

Anyone for a swing and a bounce? It's all in one.

If you're desperate a solar toilet.

Running towards another bridge where we shall meet the 19 steps. 19 Steps doesn't sound a lot unless you have run 5.5 kilometres now.

19 Steps, PANT!

This is what you are greeted with at the top of the stairs.

Back there, somewhere, is Iron Cove Bridge. I hope you are now getting the gravity of this run I do 1-3 times a week. 7 kilometres is a heck of a long way.

This is the sign all cyclists ignore. I have yet to see one cyclist get off his bicycle on this part of the run. I didn't photograph the boat club here because I figured you'd seen enough of them.

We are now into the final stretch. My legs are like lead and my enthusiasm is at an all time low.

The final bridge and then it's only about 150 metres after the bridge to the finish/start of my run. YAY!

Somewhere between those flying banners is my destination when all this has been worthwhile, the endorphins will kick in big time, I hope so, GOD I HOPE SO!

See those yellow thingies? That's where I stop, cross the road and go home for a shower. There is still one kilometre to walk but it's the best one kilometre you will have in your whole life!

Enjoy your weekend, you've deserved it after this run didn't you?

That was a good run Michael. Mr. Greeny was every bit as welcoming as you've described! I don't think I'd want to spend too much time at Stink Pass or the Psych hospital, but the rest of the course looked like a nice place to run.

At least we agree on two things, and it is a nice place to run.

It is good to do something that you like, thanks for sharing

Thanks, Marlene, it is!

I am so tired but refreshed as well! Thanks, Michael! Have a nice weekend! :)

I am glad you had a good workout, Rebecca, now you can have a shower and a rest. You have a good weekend too!

Man. I'm sooo tired!! So nice to meet Mr. Greeny! He didn't look anything like my minds eye version. I imagined him being on the side of a building and looking all old like Big Ben. Instead he was all modern and more like a sign. Thanks for showing us the reality of your run. :)

I told you your imagination would be better, that was why I was a bit reluctant to put pictures here, Jeannie.

Oh. I'm not disappointed. I like Mr. Greeny just the way he is! And I can tell he likes me too. Just look at how he's smiling!!

He loves you, Jeannie, I told him all about you and Isabella.

Oh. It's Isabella he is smiling at then. Lol. I watched her today. I don't want to hear anything about the way the picture is. Lay down to look at it. Lol. I tried taking the picture landscape and it still came out this way. :(

LOL! I always love your pics!

This comment answer went to junk. I just found it there. Tweety and Isabella love each other. They sit and stare at each other. Tweet moves his head from side to side sometimes and Isabella tries to grab him sometimes (which he doesn't allow). It is so cute. When he flies near or comes down to get on her head she gets a little startled; but once he lands...she's just like...oh okay there's a bird on my head. It's hilarious. :)

I want a word with your email junk file, I have a few expletive words to say!

That is so cute, you don't need a TV at all.

I have a couple words for my junk file too. STOP IT!! I told it not to send Wealthy Affiliate to the junk; and it cut the number down but still sends some.

Nope, never a dull moment when the two of them are around. :)

That's the attitude, don't take any parc from your email box!

Is parc and Australian term?

No, it's American, reread it, lol !

Palo Alto Research Center? That's what Siri said it was.

Okay I will stop teasing you, read it backwards.

So you were giving me back talk then.

I was just playing with you, Jeannie, ask Isabella, she put me up to it, honest.

Blaming that little bird headed baby. Shame. Lol

:(

Lol. I wanted to send you a pic but it was from my daughter and it wouldn't go on right. She had on a pink frilly dress and dress shoes and she was standing with my daughter holding her hands. So cute.

That's awesome Michael, some of the scenery is beautiful. I don't run, but I walk just over 7 km, 5 days per week I can tell you, finishing feels so good ... every time. Thanks for sharing :-)

I am glad you do, it is wonderful to get out and do that, thanks!

I've read that thinking about exercising is as beneficial as exercising. Thanks for the virtual run. Even without legs, I have been able to exercise strenuously. Enough for a week at least.
Larry

They say that virtual exercise can be as good as the real thing. I am not so sure if that's the case but it would be nice if it was, thanks, Larry!

Wow, I think you must be the fittest person on WA, and I talk to a lady who runs like you do, near here, early in the morning and she is one of the nicest, calm people. I have been told that when you run those kind of distances it is as good if not better than meditation. Is it?:-))

I am definitely not that fit but I read a really good book that taught me how to enjoy running and how to breathe and that made a massive difference because I have always hated running long distances with a vengeance.

I don't think it's as good as meditation but it comes very close.

Hi Michael, I feel like i am following you running around. Great view and fresh air. So nice to meet Mr Greeny. Love it! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks, Peony, you will be able to follow me on my runs now and know what I am talking about.

Lol... All show in your post now!

Thank you so much for this. I really enjoyed it. Meeting Mr. Greeny was so exiting too! I hope you have a great evening!

I am so glad you did, Gina. I will and you too!

Love it Michael .. pretty area. Cheers, William.

I hope you get to look at the first part too, William, thanks for the compliment.

Yes Done!
