Fighting the couch affiliate syndrome
I have noticed that my success is having some side effects because I have not completely balanced my activities.
Yesterday I noticed that I have gained weight. I lie, I have been noticing lately that my clothes are starting to be tight around the waist for some time now. It is an indication that I am gaining some kilos.
It is a couple of things. I blogged some time back that my wife started a muffin business. It is going strong. I support her venture by selling the wares of am reaping the rewards of supporting the venture as I do buy and consume the product quite regularly.
On the other hand, I have been working hard on WA and on my multiple niches. This I do after work and on weekends in between family time. Usually when everyone has gone to sleep as I am late person.
Four months ago I broke my exercise routine when I fell sick in winter, I never went back to it.
I probably need to set myself a new goal, a 90 day exercise challenge to get back on track. There is no excuse! We have a Zumba CD at the least and it is now gathering dust. I think I will read Michael's exercise blogs for inspiration as well.
I almost called myself a couch potato, but then again I have drastically reduced TV to a negligible amount and I sit on my desk rather than my couch. Just for kicks, couch affiliate sounds catchy.
I am off to a friend's wedding now, to have some more cake! Eish! But November is going to be part 1 of 3 of lose that belly fat challenge!

You should start a movement Tyrell, I hear you and need to shed more than a few pounds. Thanks for sharing.
Eish. I know the feeling. I noticed the same thing myself a few weeks ago. Then I started a new job and now I make it my daily mission to walk 10000 steps at work, going to talk to people rather than emailing or calling them. If you haven't already, try one of those tracker apps or bands. At least you can see what excersise you,re actually doing. Good luck bru.
Great idea. They actually have a campaign app at work which I have been ignoring. Will take that up.
