Change the WA Home Page

So, let's start changing how the WA sign up page looks like:

Select the heading "Become a Wealthy Affiliate" along the top of the screen. Note that the heading is now highlighted in blue as seen here:

Now, click on the orange Firebox icon in the top right hand corner of your screen which will bring up the portion of the code that has the heading you selected.

Your screen should look like this:

If you do not see the exact code in the box as above, make sure the HTML tab along the top and the Edit button to the left are both selected as shown here where the yellow highlights it:

Use the scroll bar or your mouse to scroll down to where in the code it says "Become a Wealthy Affiliate" and select the text as shown here. Be careful not to select the HTML opening and closing tags <h1> or </h1>. Only select the text between the two tags.

Next, in the code type something else, removing the heading Become a Wealthy Affiliate to something different, as shown below. I wrote "Hi! I am Stephanie. I am a WA member"

Notice what happened to the WA webpage......
