When someone responds to you using the [reply] button, and if you are not currently active on Live Chat, you will see a Red Notification in the Live Chat button. This is telling you that you have a reply. If you are working somewhere else in the platform you can still get responses and reply back. This is how it looks in the Live Chat pop out...

This proved a little challenging to snip since I had to request a reply, leave and wait. The first time I tried I returned too soon hence the dialogue between me and Dwight Wingman1. When you respond to a reply notification you will see the red reply notification flag like in the photo.

So this is it for the first five parts of the KISS - keeping it super simple tutorial series. I hope I managed to keep it simple and didn't confuse anyone. All very basic stuff if you have been here for any amount of time. But hopefully super helpful to the Starter Member.
