Here in the Live Chat pop out box you will see veteran WAers like Alan Hocking and Steve Mand and you will see newer Premium Waers all with a Star beside their user name. Starter Members will not have a star. This way we can tell at a glance roughly where a member is in the WA learning experience. In the next page we will cover a few things about Live Chat and then this training segment will be finished.
But before I go I wanted to note something. A starter member here in chat (see photo) said, "at this point I have to upgrade in order to keep building my website. It is still kinda expensive for me and the problem is that there is no guarantee that I will make money". Let me say that he is right. There is no guarantee any more than any other business venture. But the odds are likely far greater of success and the cost far less.
This Starter member did indeed choose to go Premium and is benefiting from the extra learning. Keep in mind there is no contract here so you can pay for further education for only as long as you feel it is helping you to grow online. I personally intend to stay indefinitely. Let's look at some basic features of Live Chat. Then we're done...

Great training Carl!
I have been poking around for a bit now and I did not know about the flags in chat. I did not know what they meant anyway. It is pretty easy to get lost or overlook some of the simple stuff that really makes the whole navigating and utilizing WA to its max potential.
I just recently started using the live chat more so that is very helpful information to know!
Looking forward to more tutorials.
Thank you!
