You constantly received automated email messages from affiliate marketing communities like WA, Amazon, Grammarly, Commission Junction, Shareasale and many more. You too constantly send out automated email messages to friends and referrals when you want to introduce a new thing to them or, perhaps, when you just want to point their attention to a certain action.

Learn below how pre-written messages can be sent out through the Gmail canned responses:

i. From the gear icon which is located at the top right-hand corner of your Gmail account, select the "Settings" tab.

ii. Locate the "Labs" button and click on it. Once you've found the "Canned Responses" tab, click on "Enable Radio Button to enable canned responses". Once you've done that, scroll to the bottom and click on the "Save changes" button.

iii. Type the electronic message you would like to constantly send out to the people. At the lower right-hand side of the message window, you'll find an arrow. Click on it. Now, you should select "The Canned responses" tab. Look for the "Save heading" tab and choose the "New canned response" tab. Name your response and click the "Ok" button.

iv. You can, at anytime, choose the "Canned responses" tab to reply anyone that sends an email message to you without bothering to retype another response at all. If the email sent would require the canned response you already created, then always click the arrow button and choose the "Canned responses" tab. Look for the "Insert" tab and select your canned response which you created in step (iii) above under it. Finally, your created response will show up to be sent back to the person.

v. Your created canned response can also be automated to be automatically sent out based on particular norms such as Label, Sender, Subject, Keyword and such like that.
