The next column to look at is the Competition column:

You will see the following:

Check where it states "About 43 results" - that means there are 43 websites that are targeting that particular keyword phrase. That is a really nice and low competition. You generally want to keep your competition number below 150 and 43 is certainly well below and again, the low-hanging fruit is an excellent strategy for achieving rank and traffic for a particular keyword.
