7. Repeat the same process, for the second box. Just follow, the format shown by the existing Bad Bot List of referers, which were already provided by WordPress.
8. Once you have finished entering all your bad bots, you then scroll to the bottom of your dashboard page and click the large submit button. Give it a day or two and you will be notified by Wordpress of any matched blocks, occuring on your page.
Now this process is great, if you only want to filter or block these bad bots from crawling and visting your website/s. However, this will not completely stop others from copying your content. The last and final step is like adding the ultimate lock.
Please continue if you want to prevent anymore copying and misuse of your content.

I am actually banned permanently from Google Adsense and got declined by a few other affiliate programs because I had no idea that people were copying my sites and using them for X-rated adult sites!
Anyway, be very careful and protect your online assets and the best to your success here my friend :)

That's shocking! I would be finished if that has happened to my site! I am so sorry, Saane. It's just so hard to understand what motivates some people - their lives must be truly awful to make them do this kind of thing.
Now I am nervous to go and check - but it's something that has to be done.

Have you tried showing Google Adsense the evidence of what has happened to turn the permanent ban around? There must be something or someone who can help with changing that. What a harsh penalty. Same with the affiliate programs who have declined you. Perhaps Kyle, Carson, Jay or one of the Ambassadors can assist you with that?

I was hurt when Google AdSense declined me twice. I wrote and explained what I found but they said no. I don't think I will use them anymore, really they should be on to it and blocking these bots from their analytics in the first place. I am at peace now that I know what has been happening. Site support have been as helpful as they can be, but I think these bots are quite a new issue.
