RESULTS - Did these modes of security methods work?
Method A - Filtering Unwanted Bots Using Apache1's Training
Results I got from following Apache1's training (https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-block-referr...)
My Google Analytics no longer showed any unusual spikes in their reports, since June 12. I will keep checking this to ensure that these bots do not create new names.
Method B - My result from using The Bad Bot Blocker in the Word Press AIO SEO
I searced my Google ranking again a few days after and found no more fraudulent uses of my website content. I was quite happy.
My WordPress AIO Bad Bot Blocker also, gave a report on all the blocked bots matching my added custom list:
Method C - My results from using The Secure Copy Content Plugin
I went and opened an incognito page on the browser and opened up my website. I used a short cut for copy (CRTL+C) on my keyboard and then right clicked my mouse, within one of my posts. IT WORKED! It popped up with a notification to tell me I cannot copy the content. I am really stoked!
There you have it, all three security methods should be able to protect your content from unnecessary bot crawls and illegal copying of your content.
I hope that you too, will find these methods helpful.
Please remember to like, comment and share with anyone you know who needs this information.
