("hello my friend" Zimbabwe-style, where I was born and raised. There are 16 official languages in Zim, so I've kept this to the minimum :-))

Here I am on this amazing international platform, Wealthy Affiliate, learning incredible things and developing an online business as an affiliate marketer. The goal? To earn a healthy income and make a difference in the lives of others.

Embarking on a new and exciting phase and stage in life where new-found freedom will enable me to travel and experience the world, I am seeking geographic as well as financial freedom!

A fellow WA member wished me like this: "Good luck zip-lining your way to affiliate marketing success as a member of our WA family!" I am holding on to these words for my messaging, how cool!

If you are not already a member, what are you waiting for? Join WA today, you can start for FREE and go Premium when you are ready!

See you on the inside!

PS "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass ... it's about learning to dance in the rain" So whatever it is you are wanting to do with your life, don't hesitate, no matter your circumstances, you too can be learning how to dance in the rain!

PPS A recent worship song I learned goes like this "I am dancing in the rain in the presence of Your Glory, giving You the praise, giving You the praise ..." (Oct 2019). How apt! Here is the URL to a performance of the song by Planet Shakers - it's quite wild so strap yourself in and enjoy! https://youtu.be/D3p9La2HYo0

Really good to see that you've added some goals Louise!

These are both realistic and achievable. Your time investment will be key to achieving these goals and you certainly are willing to invest the time :)

Take your time, take action on what you learn, and ask for help when you need it! There are many helpful folks within the Wealthy Affiliate community who have the answers you will be looking for. I personally look forward to helping out in every way I can.

Hi Louise,
Thanks for reaching out to me. We’re living in San Diego California now and for the past 20 years. I’m originally from Johannesburg SA and O must say that we are so happy here in San Diego. It’s so nice to make contact from someone so close to my original home!!
I’m so new to this Internet Marketing Business that it is a little overwhelming at the moment. I want rob be able to build up a business that will support me and my family and I really look forward to working with you and all my newfound friends online.

Hey Lawrence
Wow, you left a long time ago. I live in Johannesburg now, so much has changed in the last 20 years - have you been back in that time?
This business can be very overwhelming, the community is awesome with helping when that happens. I encourage you to reach out via the help center or in live chat. If you're not comfortable to ask publicly, you can always private message.
Enjoy, it is really is a fabulous journey.

Thanks for your encouragement Louise, I really appreciate it. In answer to your question, we were in Johannesburg last November for our nephew’s wedding, Things have really changed there. Sandton is unrecognizable, it’s so built up. We found everything very expensive there, except restaurants which were reasonably priced. Unfortunately I broke my leg in Sandton, I was looking at pics on my cellphone and I fell down about 3 steps, I managed to hobble my way through until I got back here and I had to have an operation to put 3 pins in to stabilize it. I’m fine now, Good to have someone from our hometown to work with. Thanks again for the encouragement. I’m just going to take one step at a time. One can eat a whole elephant, one bite at a time, but if you look at the whole elephant, it it seems like an impossible task. So here’s to my first bite.

Thank you for following me, Louise. I didn't realize there were so many languages there. One of the things that's great about WA is the diversity and we can all learn from each other. Of course, there is plenty to learn just through the lessons here. I do like the zip lining analogy.

Best wishes for your success.

My pleasure Debbi. Thank you for popping in here, having a read and leaving a message - really appreciated.
Between you and me, I also didn't realise there are so many official languages in Zim - just don't tell anyone haha! I am now based in SA and there are 11 official languages here - I think it's quite common in African countries to have multiple official languages.
Yeah! Another zipliner! Very cool!
Thank you again.
Blessings
