One minute I was overjoyed that my website had generated £500 of sales in a day and I was ready to share this with the WA Community and then I discovered I wasn't getting paid!

We put so much effort into our websites that things like this can allow for us to let our emotions get in the way of the right actions.

Take a time out, have a cup of tea or coffee gather your thoughts and then decide on the action to take.

To enable the Amazon staff deal with the issue you need to ask them to provide evidence of why fees have not been paid and explain that purchases are not linked to your own account.

I was asked to provide the ASIN numbers of each disputed product so they could each be tracked.

By doing this I was able to receive my advertising fees as This data provided Amazon with the proof they required to track these items.

You can normally find the ASIN numbers under product information on each item Listing on Amazon

This is what helped me get my commission fees paid out so if you are in the same predicament as I know other members have had issues then you can get them resolved.
