If and the you discover a problem and you have not received a fee but you have no links to any sales generated through your links then you need to contact Amazon Support.
DO NOT SELECT CUSTOMER SERVICES!
If you contact customer services you are more than likely receive a scripted email stated that the purchase was determined to be from someone linked to your account:
"We have confirmed that these orders have been made by you or by an account linked to yours"
Go to the contact us page on Amazon Associates and select either Amazon Influencer Programme or Commission structure,
You need either of these selections in order to get a response from the specialist department.
It is also important to give them as much information as possible to help get any issues resolved quickly......
I need to contact them (as you explained) and get some answers.
