Over 5,000 Comments
My main site that I have owned for many years and converted to a Wordpress site on 9 August 2015 about 2 months after joining Wealthy Affiliate now has over 5,000 comments.
Also, 333 posts and 97 pages in those 4 years, of course many of those comments are my responses to questions etc.....
Do you utilize the SiteComments platform here at WA yet?
It's great to use when you 1st write a post to not only show Google, Yahoo, Bing and the other search engines that you have an active audience, it also breaks the ice for potential organic comments as well. When someone lands on your post, they are much more likely to comment when they see that others have already commented. Of course make sure that they are quality comments and not SiteFeedback or generic comments that look fake.
What are your experiences utilizing the Site Comments platform here at WA?

My experience with Site Comments is good. Each website has 85 posts, 14 pages, and more than 1500 comments so I am pleased.
I rotate my posts on a regular basis which is a good idea as then you check if all still is ok. Lately, it has happened more than once that a YouTube video or an Amazon book had disappeared so coming back to a post is a good idea.

That's fantastic Tony! I use site comments and find it to be effective about 80% of the time.
I can't wait to get that much content up on my SAC site.

Amazing amount of work gone through your site in 5 years.. that’s impressive! I still find site comments hit and miss. Mostly they’re improved but then the odd really critical one pops up that shakes me slightly, but I admit i don’t put them on my website. Not that I don’t agree with some things, but one or two have been hyper critical and not something I want on my site.
Hey Tony, I think the word I'm looking for, in regard to the amount of comments you have, is 'stonking'.
I enjoy site comments, both leaving and receiving. The last batch, I did have a couple that were more like feedback but I'm happy to take the odd one or two on the chin. I don't think they always look out of place when surrounded by decent ones.
Good afternoon Tony, this is exactly what I do, the moment I write a article I asked for comments to kick the door down so Google can walk through and people see someone making a comment already, I started this about 6 months ago and it's a good way to do things. Have a successful week my brother.

My recent bad experience is that people take your comments but never comment on any of your posts. One person even told me they had commented on a post of mine but up to now (about a month later) still nothing.
Some bad nuts are trickling into WA and that could turn our community into all those social media which got people fed up.
