Hi Everyone.
My name is Lynne Clay, I'm 62 and starting out on the internet as a newbie.
I'm having to do this totally on my own with no support from my husband or family, who think I'm off my rocker for even wanting to try this. I don't have much money or computer experience but am willing to learn and work hard at it. So any help you guys can give me, will be greatly appreciated.
I live in a fifth wheel trailer 24/7. We travel the country every six months to a year, seeing the sites along the way, and working in RV parks to pay for our rent and electricity. Living off our social security money and pension doesn't leave a lot extra for eating out and frills, but it's worth it in the end. At least we get the chance to see some of this beautiful world we live in before we're gone from it.

Hey there Lynne

These are great goals and they are more than achievable! The more time you can spend on learning here within the Community at Wealthy Affiliate the better, but we've built WA so that you can work at your own pace!

I know that you are going to do great!

Those are some very achievable goals Lynne, and once you reach them, you'll be primed and ready to go beyond. If you stick to the plan and dedicate that amount of time to training and taking action every day, then you are definitely going to start to see some results!

Hi Lynne,
I'm so happy to meet you!

Don't worry 'bout anyone thinkin' you're crazy for tryin' this; they are free to think you're crazy as they watch you make your way, alla' way to the bank. You stay with Wealthy Affiliate an' do alla' things that the lessons teach an' I don't think you're gonna' have any pro'lem. My hubby was unconvinced, too, although I don't think it sounds as if My hubby was as difficult to convince as yours, maybe. My hubby is convinced, now, though.

Hang in there, Lynne. You're gonna' do jus' fine. I can feel it in my old, old bones... even if my actual photograph seems to show me as quite young. That's because someone nice fixed up my hair so I could ride around in my Little Red Wagon an' fly through the sky. As you can see, a very good makeup artist was Very successful at disguising my true age. :D

I'm lookin' forward to much success from your corner of the Wealthy Affiliate Hallways, Lynne. You CAN Do It!!!

Warmly,
~ Yaya

Hi Lynne!

Just wanted to stop by and thank you for the follow! I try to respond to people ASAP, but things have been difficult lately, so I apologize for the delay.

I know the feeling about being bold enough to give the whole internet business a try, especially when others don't get it! Hopefully your family will cone across sooner rather than later, but I'm sure once you get your first sale posted and credited, they'll be all in!

As for computers, they can be both very simple to use, and incredibly complicated... as I'm sure you've heard by now, feel free to ask around in the community f you have any questions!

Travelling around is definitely a good thing to do! If you stay in a single place all the time, your mind and ideas stay closed off, for better or worse. Traveling can be inspiring, but beyond that, as you said, it's better to see the sights the world has to offer before you have to go!

I wish you well on your journey here at WA!

Wow, good for you. That's a great way to retire, touring the country in a RV. I envy you there. Sometimes the ones closest to us are the harshest critics. My wife keeps telling me to quit wasting my time and money on this stuff. I'm hoping to show her why one day. So keep on with the training, and there are lots of good people on here to show you the way. I pray much success for you.

Dear Lynne!

First, I salute you for trying. It will be tough but it will be great. Trust me.

I am also new here--my site is 4 months old--and I do this also completely on my own without any help. And this is where the WA community is FANTASTIC!

Also, I have a very demanding full-time job and I have to "squeeze" blogging business in between everything else.

Still, I am able to publish two posts weekly on average 1500-2000 each. Never mind research, editing, beautifying, answering comments and learning SEO.

It is very tough but I've seen tougher things in life. I am sure you did too.

Well, have a long term perspective and ask your loved ones for help. If not - so be it.

JUST DO IT!
