Living with Depression today.

Well I feel as if I have made a huge start here at WA.
1. Niche chosen - I have chosen to look at depression. I can identify deeply with this having been affected by it to some degree for nearly 20 years. I say 20 years as I cannot really identify when I was first affected by it nor could I say what the first symptoms of it were. I do know the number of people who are affected by it worldwide are staggering.
2. I have bought my own domain and am about to start building my site. If you are interested in watching my progress it is livingwithdepression.today . I know the dot today is unusual but hopefully it will attract good SEO.
I intend to discuss what depression is, how it presents, what can be done and obviously how to live with it in today's world.

You have a much needed niche. And I hope it can bring people from depression - to learning how to cope - to happiness.
Many members have niches that reflect what they have gone through in life, health issues, etc. My niche is related to giving back to a country that my Mum and her family were born in. India, when it was the British Empire. I hope I can bring some hope and financial stability to women in need by providing a source for the purchases of their fair trade craft supplies.
When you feel deeply about something and see a vision and hope, it can indeed be a way to not only offer a financial success, but a success towards a deeper and more meaningful way to live.

Thank you for that. I must admit the idea came to me in an epiphany. Divine? Maybe. Since selecting the niche I have had ideas flooding into my mind. Must get them down. Promises to be bigger than Ben Hur.
