Did you miss a payment? normally you have 30 days to remove your site if you miss, but if you have brought your payments u to date send a ticket to site support.hope this helps.
I've asked in live chat and keep getting the same answer...to go to Siterubix and do a support ticket which I have tried but evidentally I am doing something wrong??
Wish that I could help you on this,but I am barely setting up my first site which is being a thorn in my side. Hope someone can point you in the right direction...good luck

Shoot!!! I think I messed up. I already had my site with the "about me" page and the privacy policy done. Then I was starting Level 2, Lesson 1...and mow all of my stuff is gon
Are you sure it's gone? Did you go back to the blue icon that says Site Rubix and then click on site manager? It should be there
yes I did....and I can't find it. :( I think I'm going to have to start all over....not quite sure tho.
That's weird that it did that. you may have to start over again. But it should have saved it.

I have just finished lesson 6 and I just realized that I have a misspelled word in my domain name and throughout....how do I fix this?
I MISSPELLED MY DOMAIN NAME.. SURPRISE SOLAR ENERGY IS WHAT I WANTED.. BUT I HAVE IT SUPRISE SOLAR ENERGY AS MY DOMAIN NAME.. SHOULD I KEEP IT AND GO WITH IT FOR A YEAR OR JUST SCRAP IT AND CHANGE THE DOMAIN SO ITS CORRECT.. I FEEL SO STUPID!!
I registered thru wa... I kno with like namecheap you can do that but I wasn't sure since I went thru this site to get one!?!
Well I thank you for your help!! I have contacted Kyle but maybe I'll try Carson as we'll!! Thanks again!!
I just noticed a few comments down that Kyle said you have to delete the domain and start a New one.. 14 bucks down the drain on that one!!
I did the same mistake once, and some 70 hours later contacted Namecheap, they managed to correct it.
Title or domain?
Domain...you'd have to purchase a new one.
Title...while in your Dashboard, go to Appearance.
Customize.
Top, left...click to change and then, SAVE.
on both....thank you. Do I have to start completely over since I'm having to purchase a new domain name or can I just buy a new one and add it to the existing things I have already done?
You cannot change a website URL after it has been created. If you bought this domain and you want the correct spelling, you would have to buy a new domain name.
A mistake I think we all make at least once along our journey, but yeah, you cannot change a domain URL after the fact.

You can buy a new domain and move your "old" site to the new domain. There is a "move" button in the Manager section of the website you want to move.
