Google Update Rebound?
I have been tracking my post/keyword ranking for weeks though I have not had time to add much content. I finally finished my long post to my health site but have not added anything to my pet site recently. My friends here know why...3 jobs to keep up with.
Despite the lack of new content and downhill slide in recent weeks for my pet posts, they suddenly picked back up in the last couple days. At first it was just one or two but now there are many more. It is great to see! I saw the rankings go up then the traffic and also sales followed.
I wonder if this uptick is due to some rebound effect after the Google update in June?
The picture above was from this weekend. We finally managed to break away for a few hours and go for a drive. We went to a lake up in the mountains. You can see how hot and dry it has been by the cracked ground under my feet! To be fair this is clay and it always dries out easily but this is a pretty dramatic image. We are finally over our massive, scortching stretch of weather where it was around 90 degrees for weeks. This is not normal for the coast of Alaska!
The smoke was gone for a few blissful days as well though it is coming back now.

That’s great news about Google.
Loving the pictures of Alaska, it’s hard to imagine it’s that hot. As I mentioned in a previous post, I visited your stunning, beautiful amazing state last August / September, we were told that it was the best September they had had for years, never the less 90 degrees, (that’s 32c) for the Brits. That is ridiculously warm.
Thinking climate change is arriving in Alaska too.....

It has never been this hot here on the coast before. We normally get heat like that only in the interior of the state and only occasionally. I am glad you had a great trip here.

Thanks. It was heavenly to have a few cooler days with no smoke!! It is a bit warmer now and the smoke is coming back but neither heat nor smoke are as bad as they were before. It is nice to be comfortable again.
