I am pretty sure we all know what it is going on here...
As WA changed its model and allowed people to be rewarded from the activities they do inside the platform, we have been reading more crazy posts...that honestly are annoying me a lot!
THE SPAMMER WHO COPY AND PASTE OTHER WA AUTHORS' CONTENT
- They don't even bother to change a single word
- simply copy and paste as their own content, words by words created by another WA member
- My action: REPORT!
THE GROUP SCAMMERS
- It makes me deeply sad watching the first scammers arriving here
- Once the voice spread that they can gain here some cents, they are floading here in group
- And they even FAKE to be interesting in studying here, making waste time of 10 people who told them to study the core training
- while they were asking "how old are you" "what do you think to fall in love with a stranger?
- My action: REPORT!

- I don't feel safe anymore after the latest posts I saw
- Talking about my business and my strategies knowing scammers are among us
- I won't share anymore my tips until I don't see the platform cleared from them

- There is a very simple way to get rid of this evil people

Sorry, I am mad, I have seen many people losing their money because of scammers, I can recognize them and smell their evil presence km far, so ESPECIALLY THE LADIES here, don't give any confidence to any person who is not at least a paying member!

I think the new cashing system opened WA for more intruders. I like WA community where I can learn, share ideas, successes, failures and get the support to move forward, but some new joiners are scamming or posting comments just for points which trigger earnings. I hope this will be solved somehow.
I keep seeing so many comments that don’t add any value: "Yes", "Nice", "Great", "OK".
I also can see the other end of this: to encourage new people to join WA, but there must be a balance.

I agree whole heartedly. But Kyle and his team are on it. Banning spammers left and right. We as a community have to look out for these spammers and report them as we se them.
When we see some of them, first REPORT their post, and if the person seems a real dangerous ones, let's open a post exposing them! It takes just one sec making a screenshot as Shakida did some days ago!!

I understand your frustration, sadly there are always going to be a few people who take advantage of the platform. I did read about a week ago that Carson said there will be no tolerance for scammers, which is great.
I've noticed quite a few people who are free members, just leaving pointless comments, like "great post", "thanks"! In most cases, these are not proper comments, unless there has been a series of comments and the thread is coming to an end or something like that.
I understand where you're coming from regarding free members being paid, but I think it's also a way of encouraging new people to join. So I can see both sides of the story.
As soon as I see a comment that looks like a spam comment, I also report them, as it's just annoying and not appropriate. The spammers that I saw a couple of weeks ago, have now disappeared, which is great, so I do believe that something is happening.

With a special shouout to girls' power!!! They are all amazing taking real steps to protect each other from those super handsome guys who are coming here with evil intentions! The last one was sure I was doing this because I wanted to catch his attention!!!! Lol

We certainly don't want people coming to the platform with evil intentions, Romy! It never fails to amaze me what lengths people will go to, regarding certain things. After all, this is a community that is trying to help each other build a long-term online business.

Hello, I am happy that I have come across this post, why because I am trying to figure how did I end up with a new profile and it is Jon Burns 1, and I am very positive that I have not set this up. why would when I only need one account and I am still learning, so this has really got me on the edge of my seat because I can't stand scammer's just the way how they hurt the good people, yes, I have been there and it is not very nice, block and report straight away, thanks have a great day Jon

I have been scammed twice and I feel embarrassed about it when I come across scammers my skin crawls .

I totally agree with you. I didn’t realize that starter members can earn with the new platform. I agree only paid members should have that opportunity.
Some of the scammers are dangetous. One of them put a link in a question that goes to a phishing website.

For starter members they can only earn if they get a referral here and only half the commission and when certainly criteria have been meet. As for the new earnings we have now they don't earn that unless they upgrade.
That's perfect Andre! If they cannot gain unless they become a paid member, most of them will be discouraged but they surely create a system where ONE OF THEM pays and invite the others.
As I said, THEY MOVE IN GROUP and so we have to do too!
If the whole comminity is alerted, they will be blocked in few hours!
True it is also up to the community to be active especially is such cases and not take the silent wait and see approach.
If someone actually upgrades then create either fake accounts or get others to join they are also watched as well.
It has been done in the past and they get taken out as well when they are found to abuse the system
Also it is not just the girls OK!! we are chipping in too LOL

Maybe we should welcome starter members and tell them that they need to start work on training and doing the steps, and that after their 7 days are over, if they do join as a paid member, they will be getting lots more attention and help because of scammers. Once they show they are serious members, many people will follow and be available to help them. They should complete their bio, upload a pic, set their goals, and start training to assure others they are serious. - Shirley

I think assigning a responsibility to the new starter to take action upon joining is a good idea. Many scammers are simply 'Chancers,' seeking a quick way to spam a large number of people with minimal effort.
I believe they cannot benefit financially from the new ranking system until they upgrade. This is a good thing, although they still appear on leaderboards when perhaps they shouldn't, because that takes a place away from genuine members.
However, there are always teething problems with big changes, and WA is no different. On the whole, the changes are great.
Yeah, I think that welcoming them by explaining to follow the core training is a smart move, because according to THE WAY THEY RESPOND to that we can understand their REAL intentions!!!
