Okay I am not sure what happened and I am actually rather upset about not being able to access my account for at least two weeks. I tried to stop the payment for the next month not cancel my account! I was not sure I was going to have the money and it was not worth another fight with my hubby. I did end up having the money yet I could not use my account despite the fact that I already paid for the month. I tried to reconnect my paypal account but it was not going to give me credit for the payment I already made. I am not happy about it at all and I considered not coming back and starting over but I really like all the tools and advise I need to be in one place. Honestly I really do like the community but I am not at all happy about how my issue was left unresolved despite repeated attempts to contact support.
I suppose you can learn from my mistake if you don't think you will have the money to pay for the next month wait until like the day before you will be charged again and make sure you save anything you need until you can put the money aside to reinstate your account.
Changes over the last few weeks
I also thought I was going to end up with a full time job and have less time to work on my IM stuff so that was another reason I didn't want to sign up for August thinking I might need that time to adjust to working life but that has also changed. I did decide to change my direct sales companies for one last shot at that. I don't need to make a lot of money to make my hubby happy so I did a lot of asking around and found that my friends and family and a lot of other people I know would love to buy Tastefully Simple from me.
I booked 3 parties before I signed on the dotted line. That is more parties than I have had in 6 months of selling Scentsy. I signed on the dotted line September 1st and I have 2 more parties plus the open house that I had the day I officially signed up. This looks very promising for a side income for me and even my hubby seems to be on board because I worked so hard to get the party bookings before I signed up. It looks like I am on track to get all my money back plus some in the first 3 weeks because of the bonuses for having parties and a certain amount of sales in the first month.
Help Please
I don't officially have my website yet but to go along with my Tastefully Simple Website I want to secondary website and Facebook page. So I want to buy a domain name and have a matching Facebook page and write blog posts with great recipes and advice on how to use the products. The thing is I am having trouble coming up with a name. I have some ideas but could use some help getting my creativity going. I can not use the name Tastefully Simple in my website name. I can use part of it but not all of it. Thanks for any ideas!
