500 miles and followers

Well, I've reached a signpost of sorts. I now have more than 500 followers. I'm not quit sure what that means, except that I'm more responsible to share what I've learned during my brief time with WA. After some long deliberation and self-talk, I think I have 3 keys to being successful with WA.

1. Do the lessons - Whether you're a pro or a newbie like I was, the information provided in each lesson is invaluable. Every lesson builds from the next and before you know it, you have found a niche and your site is up and running. From there, its' just a matter of subtle tweaks to monetize your site and create traffic.

2. Low Hanging Fruit - The fastest way to build quality content that ranks is by using the concept of low hanging fruit. I was able to be ranked by Google on page one of my niche in two weeks with this method. 3. Ask Questions - If you're every stumped or don't understand something, ask a question. This is a huge community of experts who are more than willing to give back and assist someone in need. Since I was a newbie, I didn't think I was qualified to help others. I thought my site should be profitable before I offered help to someone else. Not true. I've actually been able to respond to a number of queries and its nice to be able to assist someone in need. And, I never hesitate to ask questions when I can't figure something out.

So there it is. That's basically how I got to 500 followers in 60 days, And the only thing I'm boasting about is the fact that there are at least 500 people that could learn something from my posts. And I must admit, I'm glad I'm able to serve others.
