Just wanted to alert you to something when creating reviews of (scam) programs. I have seen many of us using images from the net of various systems out there. Just note that some of these programs have it in their terms and conditions that you may not use any of them or copy any text, without their approval. I saw one of them that charges you with $100,000 for each illegal copy.

So, my advice to you is to carefully read the T's and C's of these schemes and be careful not to fall into their hands. In this small print you can find some important info on the program, which is not in the homepage or video (their main sales pitch).

Let me know how you go about it.

You're welcome.

Thank you for sharing:)

You're welcome.

U.S. trademark law per the Lanham Act allows a non-owner of a registered trademark to make "fair use" of it without permission in two circumstances. Logos/trademarks can be used for editorial or information purposes, such as used in a written article or being used as part of a comparative product statement.

I use company logos to clearly identify the company I review. This helps the readers distinguish between similar companies/products and the one being reviewed.

An example is empowr and Empower Network. I have seen posts and comments where people were confusing these two businesses since they are in the same niche. (Empower Network went out of business recently.) So I would include an image of empowr's logo, for example.

Thank you for this information.

Is snipping images safe? Thanks for reminding us about this.

Great and necessary post, Georg! WA has thousands of images that are just as effective as ones from the net. I always use theirs. Thanks for the heads up!!!! Happy to connect with you!

Erin :)!

Thanks, I am following back.

I tend to make my own images relevant to what I am talking about when doing any reviews.

Regarding income earning potentials within these mlms/programs. I see some people have screen shots of these. Is this okay, or would it be better to link to the earning potential - the page dedicated to showing you the image of earnings instead?

I am always referring to the earnings disclaimer.

Great thanks for replying.

Good post. Tell me, Siamjerry? Do you have a link to Thailand? I have been living in the country for more than 30 years.
Colin

I have been in Thailand for 15 years, now living in Ban Chang, Rayong.

Me, Hua Hin.
Cheers
Colin
