Favourite food group.
I'm having a very lazy Sunday afternoon going through my emails and started wondering what food group comes out on top here.
Mine is "bitter dark chocolate", yes I know it's not technically a food group but I would dearly love it to be essential to sustain life.
I always told my ballet pupils when they did something special that it made me feel like I had just had some delicious dark chocolate. Mmmmmmmmm............
So what's your favourite (essential) food group?

Purple is a fruit! Personally, I like the food group that has been overlooked: Pizza
Chocolate ice cream....ice cream being the food group.... Granted, it is snowing outside today and I doubt that I'll want to eat ice cream.
