hey guys, i'm applying for affiliate programmes from outside the US. Do I need to fill in a W-8ECI form?
Normally within the affiliate program website there are Q&A and I have seen this is one of things get covered - why I need to submit this form. Check again and see if your question is covered in their Q&A. I did encountered affiliate program requesting this for verification purpose.
