Have you tried opening a business account instead?

Hi Abie, yes this is one of my FB business pages. I have just under 5000 friends on my personal FB page and I have 4 other business pages. This is my Better Life business FB page which is connected to my Your Better Life website. I actually had a support person from Meta come into my computer and he said I can't find what the issue is. He said look they should sort it and and get you back up and running. I might as well shut this business page down and open up a new one with a different name.
I am very surprised that someone wants to look at your PC here. That's very odd and highly suspicious. Sometimes, you get spam/scam messenger correspondence. There are many cases where that happens.
It would have been best if you had never allowed it. Is your device okay? How did they come? Was it via a remote connection? Did you supervise their every move... Have you recorded the event?
The issue is online within a browser and server vs your local PC/device. Your business/personal facebook account.
Yeah! Your next business page would be faster... As you knew how to scale the previous one...

Hi Abie, yes my computer is ok. It came from the same message I sent Meta through support. Here's what drives me nuts. I answered back to them, I said, I still have not had any response to what I have done wrong and I received a message saying someone was supposed to get back to me and check my account as I'm sick of you closing my support case when no one has even told me what is going on with my ad account. This is the email they sent me.

Can you believe this.. FB just wants your money but don't want you making any money.
I was told today that FB changed their algorithm on business advertising. The bot apparently are so sensitive now and in the last 6 months there has been a huge amount of business accounts banned and when you go to complain to support they say, sorry your account as been rejected so there's nothing we can do to re-instate your account. Which is exactly what's happening to me. The other thing I was told is FB wants you to spend money bringing people back to FB not other websites and if you're new that stands out big time and the bots will shut you down. They want you to spend money to get heaps of likes on your account. So who knows Abie. I've very new to all this and I didn't do anything wrong. I bet the bots saw USA and I'm in Australia and they shut me down. Very sad situation. I'm now going to have to learn how to use Google ads. I was doing so well to with my FB ads. I only spent $144 and to date I've made $2200 from my ads. I was doing great.. .not now. lol
Yeah, I'm not sure what's happening. While some facts are true regarding FB trying to keep folks on their website, businesses also have to make money; otherwise, if there's no result, why would I want to invest in their ads? You may have to read up on the small print—their terms and conditions. Also, FB must be able to provide some manned services rather than relying on bots.
We learn from experiences, and we are best left behind. We must avoid making the same mistake again. Not saying it is your fault or isn't or could it have been Fb's

I can't believe they don't check it out and just re-instate my account. Weird as. It's not the first time I've come across this Abie. Back about 15 years ago I was doing well selling and started to make money. I then put up $7000 dollars in ads on Google and two days later they closed my account and never paid my money back. It was impossible to contact them after that. I learned a big lesson that I'll make sure that doesn't happen again.
Abie, you won't believe this.. I just got two more emails from Meta, today. I will have to copy this in for you.. I can't believe it. Then another email send just after that one.

Sorry but I'm fed up with how bad they have treated me and how all they do is keep closing my case so nothing gets down and keep telling me to open another support ticket. Very sad. They have lost all confidence in me. I will have to now look at using Google ads and I have no other options.

Hi Andre, Yes I know, I didn't want him in my computer either. He answered my support on FB but I said to him you can fix this on your end and he said it doesn't work like that. I need to see your account and how you have your ads. You can't tell me they don't have control of everything. Very very frustrating. Why was everything going so well and the only thing I did wrong was post the ad to the USA. Soon as I did that my account was shut down. They won't even tell me what was wrong with what I did.
Yes very strange for him to want to look at your computer perhaps he meant just your account hopefully.
Facebook support are not really that helpful most of the time.
I have seen many complaints about them and the lack of help they give when you do connect.

Perhaps find other places to promote outside of Facebook they are not that great most of the time these days.

We have a server that is having these issues and we are migrating them to a brand new server. You can reach out to site support and they can move you over with more efficiency, your website is completely stable. It is just outbound connections that seem to be an issue.
