Made 6.50 on Adsense today alone which I am proud of because last month was my first month and I made a total of $3.00. I am now making the equivalent of a third world worker but I still feel proud as I've worked so hard. I am starting to believe (finally) that working it, working it, working it will make the money come....Well, no one ever died from hard work, right?

Congrats, although it may seem very nominal it is the start. The foundation of your business must be built before you can build a very successful entity and you are definitely heading in the right direction.
I once had to earn my first $6.50 on the way to earning much more and earning with much more consistency. You should be proud of what you have achieved thus far and look forward to what is coming ahead Shannon! Kudos!

6.50 a day is very good for a new site. You'd expect this to increase dramatically as the site gets busier. It's a definite sign you're on the right track.
thanks Ian - although i have to admit I have "cheated" a bit. I bought a gig on fiverr to drive real traffic to my site. It is working but I have a high bounce rate. However, for everyone who bounces there seems to be a few that stick so it was worth the 5 bucks I paid:.))
Although of closer examination, the high bounce rate is because the traffic is being driven fast and not necessarily because they are leaving the pages....so I guess its all good so far.
Congrats on making double the money you made last month from adsense. That is HUGE. Everything you have done thus far does not go away and will only snowball as you continue to work and build. Great job and keep it up
