Feeling Overwhelmed With It All
A little over six months into the training here at WA and still enjoying all the training and support that is offered here. Some days it's easy to get lost and little accomplished as there are a lot of things to pay attention to as the training progresses. Other days it seems like I growing my skills be leaps and bounds.
I'd just like to encourage anyone having difficulty to press on...take a break if needed..get a fresh look on things...don't give up as anything you learn here is valuable and worth the time it takes to learn.
If you need support don't hesitate to ask as there are people that are more than willing to help and pay it forward.

Yes it can get overwhelming so overwhelming that I haven't looked at my site for a whole week now. But I have decided to spend more time reading peoples blogs it is fantastic. I have found it encouraging, inspiring and uplifting. It has also taught me many things that when I decide to get back to working on my site, I would've been recharged so to speak. What is awesome also is that I have progressed in my ranking here in WA. Woohoo.
There is always something exciting to do here even when your overwhelmed by it all.

Thanks Steven, sometimes it is quite overwhelming, but there is always someone who pulls you out and helps you further.

I have to agree. I have been out of the learning curve for many years, I have been learning all over again. In my career, prior to retirement, I was the instructor, not the student. No, I was not a teacher, I was a medical record technician and train new hospital employees. Believe me when I say it can be done. Blessings to all the affiliates.
