I have tried to change, clicked save and publish and it changes on every page.
That is because the header is the same on all pages, if you want a different header, most of the 'out of box' themes do not support that. You will need to invest in either a Premium theme with that feature, or build a theme using a theme builder.
OH darn, I will just have to pick one and go with it. I have this website complete and have another started. I so appreciate your help. Blessings

I have set up a website I don't like and want to delete it.
what is it that you don't like?
the theme, the name? is it a paid for domain or a site rubix domain?
Is it hosted here at WA? If so just go to your site manager at https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites then click Details for the site. The the Details button again. Scroll down and you'll see "Delete this website".
You may also want to delete the domain name. If it's hosted here you'll do that through the Domain Manager. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains
Go into SiteRubix > SiteManger > Site Details > Delete (you'll have to scroll to the very bottom of the Site Details page)

I have completed the steps to build my website, how do I get theme I have chosen to be added?
After you have installed it you will have to activate it for it to show. The activation button will be at the top of the page.

I plan on having multiple websites, I would like to use one domain as an example say "Ask Mary.com" for all my sites. Or do I have to buy a new domain for each website?
A domain name is simply a name like "askmary.com". And you have to pay a fee to be the owner of this domain.
On the other hand a website is a set of documents/contents.For example you can create the website " test.askmary.com" and "test2.askmary.com" . Those are subdomains. You can create multiple subdomains if you're the owner of a domain.

Thank you. I am planning several websites, My first is going to be "Cooking With Lavender" or "Lavender and It's Uses" Seeing how my niche is going to be about lavender. I had a Lavender farm about 11 years ago so began from the land up.
