In SiteRubix, there is option SiteDomains. There you see the list of domains and you can turn off renewal. I guess this is all you would need to do, but perhaps you did it already.
I would contact WA owners.

I keep getting a suggestion from google to - asynchronously load blocking resources - and would like to learn how to do this.
Google is telling you this because it will improve your sites pages/posts loading speed.
You should have some experience with html before attempting this or use a plugin.

Should Fix:
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Your page has 6 blocki
I have all these things at my side and have never been able to get rid of it. Tried many plugins, nothing worked.
Unless you are an expert in coding, it is hopeless. You can destroy the site if you do this carelessly. Some of these things are (I assume) just the part of WP.
Paying somebody to do the job is surely an option.
