Yes, hearts out to those who lost loved ones. Our sincere condolences.
Unfortunately, easy access for maniacs to get guns ONCE AGAIN. It's happening all the time.
And how do you get 23 guns in 10 bags into a 5-star hotel?
To those innocent people who were out to enjoy life, unaware they were going to lose their life, may you RIP.
Blessings to the families who have lost a loved one and to the people of Las Vegas. Very sad.
Inside out homes, we are but outside...not sure. For me, I feel that my family and I should avoid crowded places, malls, shopping center, concerts, events. But how can we really do that. We will feel like we live in a cage. It is hard to confine younger members of the family, they want to go out, shop and have fun. And because of this tragic event...they feel like they live in a fish bowl. I don't know what to say, just take things as they are and maybe just be very careful and watchful. We feel inhibited, so guarded and so lack of freedom. But what can we do, just live with it. I don't want to whine about it, it does not help. Here we are, life goes on, until someone thinks he has the right to end it. Thanks for you concern guys.
Your concern is echoed by many hearts. Unfortunately, it seems to take tragedy sometimes to remind us of who and what we really are. Races, religions, creeds, etc contain titles...black, white, yellow, Protestant, Jew, Catholic... and titles tend to separate rather than unite us. Throw them all out and then one can see the person for who he/she truly is, because then nothing blocks one from seeing their heart.
Well said Maitri. There is a saying, Never be a friend of one who checks your religion and never check the religion of your friend
My niece was there Saturday night! She's safe and back home before Sunday. No words to describe or feel. Just shocked. I'm just praying for everyone's well being. As I heard this morning the Vegas community is coming together standing as one to help out each other. Major hotels are giving out free rooms to the victim's families.
My brother and niece were out there celebrating her 21st Birthday. They are fine but said it is definitely a strange vibe. I am saddened by this tragedy.
We term terrorist and we know where they come from but this is so damn unexpected.... sad

I was so shocked to see this today. It seemed surreal.I honestly could not believe what I was hearing and seeing.I know that sounds naive but I still can´t get my head around anyone killing people and that noise. My thoughts and condolences are with all those affected. It seems like the whole world is going crazy but we must have faith in the good in people who as always were helping each other in a time of desperate danger and vulnerability. All my heartfelt love to you all in LasVegas.
