My View On The Future Of Email Marketing!
Is Email marketing becoming extinct?
This question was KatieMac's title for a blog a few days ago.
I appreciate the blog as it gave some information about that form of marketing and it's strength. It also made me think about what I had unknowingly gathered concerning the business strategy.

If you read this post Katie, what was your end result of the comments shared?
I think that the world is definitely changing!
However, I think the market is getting bigger! Getting Bigger in general numbers! It will be up to us in the marketplace to win our share of the sales.
As the younger generations become more comfortable shopping online, there will probably be a move to a quicker, faster image related idea.
My question is how can you build a relationship with this faster kind of marketing? Relationships are not built on the fly! I am sure this will all be resolved as we move forward!
As more reputable online business owners emerge for their share of the market, I think email marketing will be a great way to build a better relationship with our client base. This is such a great way to connect and build trust in us as marketers!
There will be more ways to adapt the email ideas and the good parts of email into other means of sharing. I see us converting email customers into return clients as we all switch our tactics!
Like what? I don't know, but it will come about and we will have the skills to tackle that market as well!.
Now that I have stated my opinion, What are the thoughts of the ones who have used this form of marketing?
Do you think the market for this is growing?
Do you think it is losing ground?
I have not tried it, just getting ready to enter the market.
One thing I do know is that Wealthy Affiliate members are on the cutting edge of what is true in this market, and what is becoming a scam! What should we avoid?

Hi Sami, enjoyed your post very much. As marketers we need to be up with the play, which is one of the reasons WA is such a beneficial place to be involved with. As Affiliate marketers we need to be evolving faster than the platforms that we wish to engage over. The classic cat and mouse game. Email marketing will be here for some time, how we market information and engage will change in a direct relationship to advances in technology.

E-mail marketing is holding its own and growing. It is light years from going the way of direct mail. Direct mail is not totally gone either, just not as relevant to compare. With electronics you can put in attachments with all sort of visuals and it is going to keep growing.

Hello Sami, I know that I receive over 200 emails a day. Many are now coming from WA but I get tons of marketing ads. I tend to open ads from stores I frequent first and scan through the ones I have similar interests in such as, coaching, motivation, inner connections,etc. It has been said in the business world as well as in video trainings here, that it can take up to 7 times before someone responds to your email. I find this true with myself and my clients. When I click on a page and it has a well presented opening it makes it inviting to look around the sight. I think you are right on the money ! I am about where you are. I do have an AWeber account but just getting going and hoping to use it to it's maximum potential.
Like you I think this (and website/blog) will be the best way to build these essential relationships. I know the internet is full of other options and it will take a good relationship to get and keep the customers.
I also think this tool is too strong to pass by and not use !

I am also just about ready to enter into email marketing too so I sure hope it's not on the way out and I don't think that it is. It still seems like a very effective way to engage people and I'm getting so I know the look and the wording of the scams pretty well. For some reason they really all kind of look the same. The emails look really narrow and of course it''s full of unrealistic earnings and if you ever are unfortunate enough to bring up a scam video they all look the same too. Maybe this sounds nuts but I really can tell by the look and wording especially. Normal honest marketing email has plenty of offers of useful good information and aren't filled with blaring screaming idiots talking about fake wealth! Sorry I really can't stand those horrible videos and their stupid fake scams.
There is plenty of room for good honest email marketing and I plan to be one of them.

My email box is a marketplace, I am guilty of subscribing to newsletters because I like the blog or video on youtube or ads on Facebook or I wanted a free ebook. Some emails I really do not know how they got my email address. Aside from the big stores I buy some products through some emails. Mobile apps and social media are changing the game. Personally I still do not use them; the new generation are very familiar with it, I do not know if they use email much and were do they buy products from.

I do want to have a serious look at email marketing. However have been trying to stay with original plans! Those plans seem to come with some delaying process to get through as does life! However having something I want to get back to makes the delays more reasonable!
