Hi Tony, I actually heard from the support team and they said to download an email icon and attach my address to that, so guess that is what I will do and hope I can put it in the same widget!! Cheers

Thanks goodness its still there!! I use Internet explorer - I have used google chrome with the same result. How do I delete the cache?? pls tell me and tell me like you're talking to a 2 yr old as I mite not understand!!
Its a wordpress plugin that was given to me by a WA member that was trying to help me make my website load faster - I followed everything he said. icansucceed is obviously a competent member!!? How to Dramatically Speed Up Your Website was the website that got me into this pickle!!

I personally don't use Internet Explorer, so I had to look it up, too.

I would contact my bank,. My husband purchased at gift from a company and did not realized he also joined a club. For 3 months they was taking money out of his account. I asked him about the charges. We tried talking to the company with no luck. We went to our bank and we gave them permission to talk for us. We received a full refund in 3 days.

Did you purchase this software, or have you been to their website?
Hi there MoritzS thanks for answering my question. I have just looked it up myself and have never seen this website. There is no email address I can use to let them know to put the money back let alone know where they got my credit card number from!! All it is, is an address in Cyprus and a phone number!! I guess all I can do is go back to my bank and fill out a Dispute transaction form so that nothing else is taken out. Any other ideas??

I would call the number and request your number back. that has happened to me before, not from them, but from other sites. I just called them and let them know that I didn't sign up for it and I wanted the account closed. They closed it and refunded me all the money.

Wrote to the makers of the SEO plug-in (suggested by MHainsworth) and I got an answer back from them this morning so when I get some time I will follow their instructions as I told them I was a learner and I needed specific step by step instructions!!! I got them! Seems its a Google problem but he's told me how to fix it.

You must have fixed it because every page has the right permalink. My best suggestion is to go to Webmaster Tools and 'Fetch as Google' to see if that gets it right in the searches. My incognito Google search found you on page 2 with the '%post-title%' etc. as you described for your home page but not for the second result. (I used incognito because I've been to your website before.) If you haven't actually done anything then deactivate your SEO plugin, delete it and reinstall it again. ~Marion

Hi another option could be to look through your SEO plugin you will see the format for the page title format in one of the boxes about halfway down. You may need to restore the settings back to default or see if there is anything conflicting.
Do you think its a WordPress thing or maybe a Kyle thing?? Sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't. Might give Kyle a PM and see if he can help.

Go to your dashboard and find the appearance tab, then go to customize. There you will see the Site title and Tagline check and see that they have the right name...
