Awesome, Your Content is Indexed in Google!
I believe that this feature is new to Wealthy Affiliate, I must admit it is quite nice to wake up in the morning to see this message; Awesome, Your Content is Indexed in Google! I know that we don't really need to know when our content is indexed, but at the same time I find it quite encouraging to receive this email! In fact, I believe that receiving this message encourages me to write more as I am actually seeing something happening.
This is the first website that I have built on the Wealthy Affiliate platform, my other websites were created by my Webmaster. I must admit that after working online for over 10 years it is quite nice to learn how to put up my own website, building a website has also became much easier than it was 10+ years ago.

I don't want to downplay anyone's excitement and I have read enough of your stuff Roy to know you understand what this means and what it takes to build an effective business online and what is just fluff.
In my opinion, this is one of the many things that WA does that is simply that fluff. If you read my post on submitting your link, Google URL Submit and you utilize this service Google offers and then check your link you will see that it is indexed every time it is simple and effective and easy to do.
I love WA and their amazing training, the fluff, not so much. Sorry if I seem like good old Ebenezer but I think transparency in opinion is good and creates a better quality product. Much like the farce of the ranking system that gets you excited about doing so much work for them. I help those who wish to help themselves. Believe it or not, I am an optimist haha!
Roy, having said that I read everything you post and usually take something away from it. Keep it up.

Thank you for your reply Damo, I appreciate it. I kind of hear what you're saying, this is a difficult one. I just read your profile again (I like to try and read everyone's profile who I follow) and it sounds like you have been working online for several years, like me. Although I do have an offline business as well that keep me very busy.
I have several different websites and I know that it is possible to make money online and I'm sure you do to, but to be fair quite a few of my websites are working far below their potential, really because I spend quite a lot of time with my off-line business, however, I love the online marketing and I will eventually do this full-time.
I have always used a Webmaster since I first started online as I didn't have the knowledge to put up a website and I wanted my time to be spent adding content rather than working on website functionality. In the last few months I've put up to websites on the Wealthy Affiliate platform and I'm actually really enjoying going through all the videos.
There are many things that I already know, but there are also many things that I didn't know and I am learning all the time!
So back to your question, I understand what you're saying about fluff but I believe that the Wealthy Affiliate training is aimed at people who know absolutely nothing about affiliate marketing and making money online etc. The great thing is that nothing is really missed out on the training, so you could be a total newbie and by the time you finish the training you could have quite the knowledge, especially if you are taking action at the same time.
So really, I'm trying to see the Wealthy Affiliate platform from everyone's perspective.
I'm not sure if I have answered your question correctly Damo, but just a few thoughts.
