How To Increase Sales For More Commissions

Hi Folks

One of the most common questions I receive from new members is, what's the easiest and fastest way possible to boost sales.

After seeing this asked so many times, I want to cut right to the chase and answer this question for you here.

Below I share with you three tips that can have a huge impact when it comes to making more sales and growing your business.

1. Scale Up What Is Working Best

Regardless of what business you're running, be it eBay, Amazon, Clickbank etc, you need to take the time to analyze what is working best and scale that up.

As an example, let’s say you're selling on Amazon. Break down all the categories of products you have sold so far, and get a feel for which categories are making you the most money. Once you learn this information, you can then ask yourself if there is any way you could increase the scale of this particular area of your business.

From my experience, I have found that many people already know what their most profitable product categories are, but they never take the next step and ask themselves the question of how to scale up that aspect of their business!

We only have so much time in the day. Realizing that fact is crucial. If you want to grow your business to its highest potential, it’s only common sense that you focus on scaling what is working best to achieve the greatest results possible.

Once you have read this blog, take a few minutes to determine what part of your business is making you the most money. Then brainstorm how you can scale that up!

2. Create a Set Schedule for Sourcing, Listing, and Shipping

The second tip I always recommend for people looking to boost sales and make more money is to create a schedule for all the most important actions in their business.

From my experience, I've found that having a set schedule for when you will be sourcing new products, shipping items, listings items, and everything else that goes along with your business is vital.

But in addition to having a set schedule, you need to make the commitment to follow through.

Countless studies have been done on the formation of habits. Depending on the person, a new habit can take anywhere from three to twelve weeks to form.

So get in the habit today of following through on your commitments and the schedule you set forth for yourself. Before you know it, the routine of taking action on the most important things in your business will become second nature.

3. Get To Know Like-Minded People, Learn What Others Are Doing, and Model Success

There's a well known quote by Jim Rohn goes, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” This is so true when it comes to the results you will achieve in business. If you want to make more money, then you will need to surround yourself with people who are already making it happen.

Let’s say you have been running an Amazon business for some time, and you earn around $500 additional income each month from this business, but you want to earn $1,000. What I would recommend you do next based on Jim Rohm’s quote is to assess the top five people you are interacting with most when it comes to business.

If you notice you are only hanging around with other Amazon sellers who are making $500 a month, well, then it is time to start spending more time with the people earning $1,000 or more. Make Sense?

You have many ways to start shifting your circle of influence:

YouTube, Social Media groups and Forums to name but three.

Regardless of what you decide to do, it’s very important that you start to hang around with people who are on that next level you are seeking.

This is how you will gain new insights, learn new skills, and discover what it takes to grow your business!

Onwards to success folks and be successful.

Robert, you have got a lot of great information packed in this post.

I really need to do your implement your suggestion about scheduling a time for sourcing, listing and shipping. That would help with the management of my shop - which I eventually want to have an online version of.

Yet, items 1 and 3 apply a bit more with my affiliate marketing website businesses.

Best wishes for a wonderful and safe week.

Hello Sondra and thank you for reading and your input.
Yes creating a schedule is a great idea as is a strict timetable of implementation.
Sometimes you have to act fast and knowing how and when you are or can implement the changes required is most important for the best end result.

This being so you seem to know what you have to do with tip one and model your tactics on people who have gone down this road before you.
I wish you much success.
Now I'm off for the night.
Robert

Nice to see another awesome post. Thanks for the great advice.
Grant

Hello Edwin, haven't seen you around my blogs for a wee while so thank you for stopping by this one.
Hope you're having some success with your business.
Enjoy your Monday.
Robert

Sorry Robert getting rather involved with the challenge.
Stuart

No probs and I'm getting involved with the challenge as well.
I usually retake the training once a year anyway because it does get updated.
Enjoy your Wednesday.
Robert

It does make you appreciate the little changes.
Stuart

Gotta keep ahead of the game Stuart.

I've been watching a lot of Jim Rohn lately on Youtube. Absolutely fantastic seminars. Should be mandatory material for high school / college courses, I know it would have benefited me a lot to see 15 years ago, I'm just finding it all now.

Hello Wayne and thank you for reading.
I've been following John Rohn for quite a few years now and try to tune in to his Videos as often as I can.
Great stuff with great tips and advice.
Have a good one when it dawns for you Wayne.
Robert

Great post Robert! I couldn't agree more.

Hi Tiffany and thank you for dropping by.
Hope you took something away from the blog that you will now act on.
Have a great Monday.
Robert

Robert good advice! Jim Rohn's statement is very correct. After several failures many years ago in MLM, I went to a seminar of Jim's where he talked about following those who were not just popular, but successful.
The next program I became involved with I sponsored under someone who was not only successful but someone who would challenge me daily to succeed. This decision helped me to grow faster than ever.
Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill
I recently published two articles on MLM and worth a read to anyone who is thinking of getting into it.
Thank you for reading though with your track record and previous experience you will know you have to scale up if you want to make a decent income instead of following the herd and only making an average one.

Have a good week.
Robert

Hi Robert,
You offer some helpful tips here. I’ve been noticing a trend in the products people are buying most and it’s definitely changed my direction. It’s easier to build on something you know is working.
Have a great week ahead!
Erica

Hi Erica
If you are noticing a trend then it makes sense to build on it and scale up to another level.
You're here to make decent money from the net and you wont do that standing still.

As I say - Take a few minutes to determine what part of your business is making you the most money. Then brainstorm how you can scale up.

Thank you for reading Erica and please do have a great week.
Robert

Thanks for an informative and helpful post, Robert. What you have written really makes sense.
Have a wonderful and productive week.
C & P

Hello C & P and thank you for your visit.
It does make a lot of sense but all too often people just can't see it.
They quite possibly think they are making X amount of money and that's as much as they ever will make.

Not so C & P. You can scale almost anything up that wee bit higher.
You just have to know how so hope my blog has given you some insight how you can.
Onwards to success and have a great Sunday followed by an even better week.
Robert
