Keywords That Trigger Interest
Hello People
While browsing the web I found this interesting article on keywords and as my previous blog was about Keywords and how to use them with your site’s content I decided to pass the main points of this article on to my fellow WA members.
There are certain keywords which seem to show 1st page results with search engines nearly every time. They are -How-Do-I - type keywords because they are good indicators that people are interested in learning or seeing something. As you can see in the above graphic the How To's do pretty good as well.
Some other keywords that you could call ‘Informational’ are-
"keyword - tutorial"
"keyword - review"
“keyword - test"
"what is - keyword"
"how to - keyword"
"keyword - demo" or "demo of - keyword"
"keyword - demonstration"
"keyword explanation" or "keyword - explained"
"keyword - lesson"
"keyword - is scam"
"history of - keyword"
"keyword - experiment"
Whenever there is a verb in front of a keyword, Google seems to prefer video results over the normal text results. Take for example this keyword: "laptop repair". There are zero video results for the original keyword. Yet when you make it "repairing laptop", video results start showing up!
If you use Google's keyword research tool to generate a list of keywords related to your niche you will get all keywords including any that are just remotely related keyword searches as well.
Then if you do a search for each one and see which ones are in the top 3 results. These are your trigger keywords.
There you go folks.I will certainly be trying out these type of Keywords and variations for my content.
Enjoy your day/evening and if anyone has any other little tips and tricks they use for finding great keywords then by all means pass them on.

Hello Friend Loes and thank you for your comment.
I had a couple of weeks off.
I know the graphic is from last year but still relevant to show the popularity of the keyword 'How To' receiving a lot of searches in the 10 months the graphic shows.
So well worth using it as is the 'How Do I' keyword.
I went up north to stay with my oldest daughter and to spend some time with my youngest grandchildren. I don't really see enough of them and they were happy to see their old grandad especially when they saw I had lots of chocolate sweets lol.
Enjoy your Thursday Loes.
