A Good Day To Remember On WA.
It never stops to amaze me the ways this platform affects things I do these days, I wake up with a clear and definite plan, I read a post or check all my normal emails.
I caffeinate myself to the fullest and get to it. But always, some research or message sends me off in several directions, and before I know it, 2 hours as gone by!
Back On Track.
I get myself back to my original plan, sorting and modifying pages to get them more presentable, which I believe is so important to attract both customers and quality affiliate programs.
And then, just the work inside WordPress pulls me here and there, or I get so determined to master a task that is causing a minor roadblock, and so far I have managed to clear most. Even if I do have to leave them until the following morning with a refreshed mind.
My Way To Learn.
For me it's the best way to learn, now I am at the point where it's more about what I choose for the direction, and what plugins and widgets to use. And researching those is like going on a business vacation.
Yoast-ing Today.
Whether Yoast is the very final choice is yet to be seen, but it is still teaching me a better way to do things for free, inbound sales emails, yes but not as many as AIOSEO and its best friend OptinMonster. And with Yoast, the premium upgrade, if I choose it, is quite a respectable price.
But the main event for me today is being accepted by one of my key targetted companies for their affiliate program. So I will remember this day as I know this company and their products very well. I already have others but they are very broad like CJ and AWIN, and I am still struggling to find suitable products with them both to suit my niche.
So I will be all energised again for tomorrow.

There was a good discussion about Yoast on here a couple of years ago, it was disrupting the way some sites performed, because as a plugin it is "heavier" than others, and caused conflicts with with other plugins, among other things.
There are pros and cons on all of them, depends how far down that rabbit hole you want to go.
But, they are quite few of us here who don't use an SEO plugin or just stick with what came with the WA set up, which as unpolished as it is, is really all you need.

I am reading up more every day, and your comments totally make sense, but its like any app, its what you feel good using, like me with Corel Draw, over 30 years with that app, never switched, even though I am tempted lately with Sketchup.
I suppose, really (or AI's version what resonates) it ends up slightly different, probably based on existing skill sets.
There are just so many things to learn at this stage anything that makes parts a little easier in the here and now as to be a benefit.
I do keep all relevant comments so I can refer back later.

Nice post Rob, we all have different ways of processing stuff.
It's all about what works for you.
Don't sweat too much over CJ and Awin; I joined them both years ago and never really utilized their services.
They are plenty more sites with offers.

I have one that I can make some money with so I am going to tweak a little to accommodate.
