When you are just getting started, it is a lot of work to keep up with one website. I suggest that you pick one or the other and go through one of the trainings first. Later on, if you think you are ready for a second website, then go for it. :)
Ok thank you and in your opinion, where do you think you can make more money, a personal website or an afiliate one. I know it's different but i'm curious! I think afiliate is more fast or something?
That is a tough question and you'd probably get 50% saying with your own niche and the other 50% saying by promoting WA! :)
Every website is different and each person does things differently. I'm not going to say that I believe one way or the other, because I have seen both do well and I have seen both not do so great.
You need to focus on your chosen niche and work hard. Give it time and plenty of effort and see how you do.

Do you recommend to do the affiliate site at the same time?

Definitely work on one site man. I tried to do 2 and it didn't work out in my favor. Work on one (doesn't matter what niche) and start making money before you move on.
What I do suggest, is getting a domain name for another niche you might be interested in. When the time comes, your site will be aged and you will rank a lot faster than a brand new site.
I also suggest you focus on one training. If you're promoting making money online, stick with the bootcamp. If you're doing any other niche, the regular training will be the route you want to take.

Hi everybody! I want to know how I am supposed to create different posts (i.e. daily) inside the same page? I can't find it in the back office. Thank you!!
just create posts by going to your dashboard > posts > add new this will create a new post which you can do daily and will appear on your blogroll
Yes but how can I do to make the post appear on another page also? I made a categorie, but after that?

You have to create a category for that specific page and then when you are creating a post, select that specific category.
For example, I have a "Reviews" page. When I publish a review, I make the category "Review" which allows it to show up under the "Reviews" page.
It's confusing, get back with me if you can't figure it out.
Ok I see, thanks! My categorie is 'trailers'. When I publish a post, how can I do for making it appears on another specific page, not just on the home page?
Well you have two options for your home page, a blog roll or a static page. If you have a blog roll, every post is going to show up. If you have a static page, only that static page will show up and not every post you publish.
Hope this helps!
Yes, but how can I put a categorie filter for one specific page. Cause my problem now is that I published a post on one page. NOw I want to publish another one, but I can't to it separately from the first one!
I want to post more things in the movie/Tv trailers section, but I already made a post ans I can't do another one separately
I believe the category has to be the same name as the page. For example, you would have to make the category Movie/TV Trailers.
In other words, how can I put all my 'trailers' categorized posts on my movie/tv trailers page!?
Nevermind, it looks like you can't use private message because you are not a premium user. I am willing to work on your site and figure it out for you but I would need your log in.
Ok thanks, but don't you know how I can make all the already made posts from one categorie appear into a page?
To make a post appear in a specific page, you must categorize that post to match the name of the page.
Any category can be added to your main menu - just assign all your reviews with the Category "Review". Then add "Review" to your menu (Appearance / Menu). When the user clicks that link in the menu, they will be taken to your blog page filtered only to the review category (all entries). You can also include "Review" as a link anywhere on your site and they will be taken to the review category posts. It's not a "page" as such, just a filter on your blog. There are ways you can add all the posts from a category to an actual page, but it's not necessary unless you want header information.
I apologize, I wasn't explaining it in full detail. You have to actually go to your menu settings and add your "Page" Movie/TV Trailers as a category to the menu. Then whenever you tag something as that category, it will show up under that page.
So you already have the page. Go to your menu settings. Check the category Movie/Tv Trailers and add it your menu. Then whenever you tag a post as the category Movie/TV Trailers, it will show up under that page.
My problem is that I already made some posts of movie trailers. They appear on the left int the categorie movie/tv trailers. I can't make that categorie fit with the page name movie/tv trailers! I don't know if you understand lol.. Look at my website if you have time : fantasticcomics (siterubix..) ) and you'll understand that when you click on movie/tv trailers on the left, it's not the same content then when you click on the one on the top of the page! I want to mix both of them! It's only my third day here :p Thank you so much and take your time to answer! Raph
No worries, I know things like this can be really frustrating, I have been through it before lol!
I see what's wrong, on the top where it says Movie/TV Trailers, you have that added to your menu as a page, not a category. Go into your menu setting and remove it as a page and add it back as a category.
You don't actually need a page. All you need is the category. Just make sure each post is assigned the same category, then add that Category (not page) to the menu.
1. Take the page "Movie Trailers" OUT of your menu. (Appearance / Menu)
2. Take the content from that page and make it a POST.
3. Make sure the POST has the category you want. (Trailer/Review / whatever)
4. Add the Category to the menu.
ALL posts with the same category will appear under the menu at the top.
Thanks Skighler - I find step by step instructions work best for me when I'm trying to learn something new. Otherwise I try getting to the end point before I've started :D
I tried that but I completely forgot the part about the menu settings. I actually went through this exact situation and the person was ready to kill me because I just wasn't getting it!
All is good excep for your point 4. How can I add the category to the menu..It erases everything else wtf
Erases? Make sure your pages are also added. Sounds like you don't have a menu set up at all. So add each page (about me, home, whatever) and each Category (Trailers etc) to the menu and save. You can sort them by order, and if your theme supports it, have some as "sub" menus / dropdowns.
Let's say I want to add categories under the "In the Kitchen" menu item. I just change the menu to add the categories as dropdowns. Or I can have a special category that I may want in the main menu.
In Appearance-Menus? That kind of complicated because I already wrote some things before doing a 'menu'... I have to go, i'll look at that tomorrow, but thank you very much and talk too you soon!
Not complicated - but you do need to move content from pages to posts to make this work. Give some thought to the structure of your site - you need to decide how you want the menu to look. Take things one step at a time and you'll be fine. If you want to customise the menu, this is the most basic way to do it.
Just curious - how far have you gotten through Kyle's training? If you follow that it really is helpful. You'll get things in the right order - maybe not quite as fast as you like, but right :)
I just finish the 10 free lessons lol, I think I'm a bit like you I want to do things a bit fast :p .. Thanks for your help, very nice! Take a look now if you want, after only 3 days, not bad I think! fantasticcomics. siterubix./ .. I think I won't have the choice to go premium loll I see that as a school, because I don't think I'm gonna make profits really quick but I like it!
You're doing well for 3 days. But there's a lot more free than just the first 10 lessons. Anything not marked as premium here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/classrooms is available. Plus you can always just type your query in the bar at the top and look for tutorials - there are tons of them.
