Can I host my WPMS here at WA? And before anyone mentions multiple sites or subdomains....I have a specific requirement for a multisite for a project I'm workin
Not interrupting! Valid question.
I started typing out a long explanation about what it is... but there's a better one here

If you need to manage multiple related sites, it allows you to have a single installation of WP. Less work on the admin side for upgrading, installing plugins etc. I want the multisite feature as I need my subdomains to be running different themes, but still be part of the same website.
Good question, Sara. You might want to shoot a message over to tech support about that or maybe PM Kyle or Carson. My bet is going to be that it can't be supported here. But it never hurts to find out. :)
Charlie
Thanks Charlie, I may do that. I'm developing offline, and it will likely be some time before I have to host as it needs to go live as a completed WPMS. And WA has been distracting me a wee bit so my development has slowed... I will probably wind up hosting myself just so I can have cpanel access.
Know that I looked it up I am almost positive that it will not be allowed here but like Charlie say's your best bet is to ask support first.

If you can do WPMS without a cPanel then this is how you can create your subdomains Subdomain on Your Own Dot Com Website And you'll find some info about FTP at How to Back Up Your Website With FileZilla via FTP However, I don't think the wp-config.php is accessible at WA via FTP. PM me if you'd like my affiliate link to Hostgator. ~Marion
Thanks for the links Marion. It's likely that I'll host this one away from WA - I want to have full control over it. And I would ask for your Hostgator affiliate link, but I'm a reseller of domains and hosting myself, so I'm my own affiliate LOL.
