I have read so many posts this week with members saying they find the course amazing but overwhelming with information. Here is a simple list that WORKS
This works for me totally
Action needed Now
Define what's important and create a Do it Now List -
Your new list should look like this:
- Set time aside daily to work on WA internet business
- Emotional and Physical Health- quality time with yourself e.g. reading, meditation, exercise.
- Spending time with partner each evening before going to bed, get a babysitter and have a date night once a week
- Relationship with children, care /laughter fun times
- Time with friends dinner, dancing,
- Household chores - delegate and share
- Bring these new changes into your life Now
- Implement these changes today
- You can say no
- Make it a daily habit to spend time with yourself.

Make several of these list on 5" x 7" cards keep them in view
I put one in the bathroom mirror
Dashboard of the car
By the telephone in case you agree to something that’s not top of your list
Within one week your thinking patterns will start to shift and you will able to focus on what's important.
