I tried doing this, but it's not live.
Yes you can. Make sure you copy your affiliate link directly from the $ sign in the WA menu.
So I went to my bio on my profile page, clicked edit, and pasted my WA affiliate link into my bio along with some content. Got the affiliate link from the tab with $. But it's not live. Obviously, I'm not doing something right. Abbie suggested I edit in WP, but can my WA content be edited in WP?
It's the only place you can edit published content. You can create in Site Content (personally I never use it) but once it's published, you have to edit directly in WordPress.
Your unique WA affiliate link?
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.

Yes, I put it in the bio but it's not live. Is there training for this? I seemed to have forgotten how to create links.
I understand that. But I'm trying to add my affiliate link to my bio in WA. Is there a way to do that? I added my affiliate link in the My Links section, but can I add the link in my bio so that it's live?

Is it a good idea for me to make money online myself before I try to market wa as an affiliate marke
It seems to me that I should be successful at making money online myself before I attempt to market WA as an affiliate marketer. I'd like some feedback on this question.
Excellent question, and the answer is yes! Anything you write about being an affiliate marketer before you've actually become one is just a book report. It makes me crazy to see some of the content churned out by people who haven't made a dime from being an affiliate act as if they were the ultimate source of knowledge. Thinking about things like this bodes well for you!
Eric and Nathan have given you some very good advice and guidance here…let us know if you have any further questions.

The mistake a lot of people make is they think they need to promote WA as a money maker when, in fact, they haven't earned commissions yet.
The key to marketing for WA early is to focus on the things you CAN testify to, like the TRAINING.
When I started, my entire focus was on showing people that even someone with no experience can learn from this training. After all, the whole purpose of a training platform is to GET TRAINED, right?
Place your focus there, on how much you're learning and how others can in fact learn from this as you have. Focus on its affordability, its straightforward approach to teaching, its "try before you buy" feature, the nightly live-streamed expert classes, the step by step video lessons, etc.
When you start earning commissions, THEN you can promote WA as a money maker.
That's the key :)
Thanks. I didn't really see how I could promote WA as a money maker if I hadn't made any money myself. But as a training platform and all the support, that's something I could certainly promote.
You should try a niche that doesn't have so many 'marketers' that know what they are doing online. It makes it challenging. When I started here at WA in 2019, I tried to promote WA for nearly a whole year. But I didn't have much luck. So I pivoted and applied what I learned to a different niche, and I had much more success. I think the key difference was I got into a sub-niche of the detox niche that didn't have many content marketers regularly covering the topic.
Does this answer your questions?
I do have another niche that I'm marketing. Was considering expanding and adding WA as another niche but am being discouraged from doing that. Hard to promote something I'm not successful in yet.
Ideally, yeah so that you can advise your proposed visitors on ways to make money, Are you following up on the Bootcamp?
I'm working primarily on my first niche. WA is not my primary focus now, but want to market WA when I have some success in my main niche. So I'm working on the boot camp at times.
So I added my WA marketing link to my the About Me page in my bio, along with some content. But it's not a live link. How do I fix that?

Or should I just post product reviews on social media platforms. I don't want to get kicked out of groups I belong to.
See if anyone else has posted a review in any of those groups. If yes, then do so cautiously. Only consider doing something like that about 1 out of 10 times. Otherwise yes, you most likely will get kicked out.
Also remember that you need to disclose whether you have personally used the product or not; thanks to the new FTC guidelines, any implication that you used the product when you didn't could result in serious trouble. You must also disclose any financial arrangements that could benefit you, such as affiliate links or receipt of a free product.
Hey Bob,
In Kyle's training, he shows us the importance of selecting a niche: Choosing Your Niche So, to say you have a website with several different niche reviews, does not sound like a well constructed MMO (make money online) website.
Did you complete one of Kyle's courses?
I only have one website at the moment. I have joined several niche-related groups through FB, however. So my question is, should I post product reviews in these groups? That might be considered spam for some groups.
Yes, I've completed the basic EOC, if that answers yor question. I actually have 2 websites, but only working on one. That would be the original niche website, not the MMO website.
Then maybe you mean categories and NOT niches.
If so, there are several tutorials on that subject. See screen print below...
I agree with Joe here. Each group is different, so you must follow up on their rules, terms, and conditions and adhere to them.
