An All-Paid Trip, Thanks to WA!

Y'all must be wondering why I have been quiet for the past couple of days and I have been regretting not being able to spend as much time on WA as I previously have.

Well, that's because I've been busy preparing for another trip that I'm taking with the hubby on Wednesday. We're going back home to Mauritius for a whole month!

And guess what? My portion of the trip was paid all using the earnings from my website over the months, since I started earning in October 2018. So WA has paid for this trip for me and I couldn't be happier.

If you don't know, Mauritius is a small island in the indian ocean, off the east coast of Madagascar. It is known for it's beautiful beaches and delicious creole cuisine. It is also known for the generosity of the people there.

I wasn't born in Mauritius but I grew up there. I was only one year old when we moved there and I was 15 when we came back to Canada. So I have a strong attachment to the country. I'm so excited to be visiting!

But back to business, I'm sad to see today that I have dropped in rank within WA and I'm no longer an ambassador and I'm also sad that I couldn't work on my website over the weekend at all. But this is a big trip and I haven't been back home in 3 years. I know I will be able to still make up the rankings and the work as soon as I'm on the plane.

There was a lot to do, and there still is! We just got our car back from repairs and we had to go pick it up. We had to do our taxes too and we were relieved after those were all done. The hubby and I have been out all weekend as well, shopping for gifts to bring back home for our family there.

We've also been meeting with our relatives here in Canada who have been giving us parcels to bring to their family members back home, as it is common to send something small with others going, just to let them know we are thinking of them.

Yesterday night, the hubby and I were up until after 2 a.m. getting our luggage ready and there's still more to do today. I will be on my own though because the hubby is working until the last minute. Hopefully by the end of the day today, I will have enough energy to publish a post on my website.

I just had to let my WA family know that I'm still here but might not be as active for the next few days until I reach Mauritius. So do not worry about me.

I also wanted to let you know, whether you're new to the platform or otherwise, that WA just plain works! If it didn't, I wouldn't have gotten any earnings from my website and I wouldn't have been able to pay for my trip.

If nothing is happening on your website after a while, DON'T GIVE UP! It does not mean that the system does not work, specially if you've been doing all the right things as explained in the training. It means that you have to DOUBLE YOUR EFFORTS!

I know this can be hard for you if you have a full-time job but anything that you do MORE to get ahead, helps.

I only wrote every other day when I first joined WA and for the first 9 months, I didn't make a dime. I was given a choice to give up or keep going and what I learned from those that are successful, is that they kept going, no matter what.

That was my choice too and so, yes I decided to keep going but instead of every other day, I wrote and published every single day. The next month, in month 10, I made my first commissions.

If that worked for me, then try it! This might just be the change you need to make in order to see success.

Successful people didn't give up when faced with challenges. Instead, they changed their ways, tactics and strategies to find what worked for them.
