I did not go through your content, but at first glance the site looks amazing. It is well developed, looks professional and it is obvious that there is someone who cares behind the work... well done!
Just a personal suggestion... I would rather something like: Discover. Develop. Achieve. The Eagle Way or somethign like that... Your current tagline seems a big long and repetitive...

Amazing looking site. I have to agree with another comment by kamali. The banners themselves are great, but perhaps experiment with smaller ones. It's really up to you. I enjoyed reading your poem.

Under tools you have a link that says "worksbooks" - I am thinking this is supposed to be workbooks?

I think you have too many skyscraper ads in the sidebar. I would consider using the square ads instead as they might look better with the width of the sidebar. Might also want to consider moving some of the ads to the top of the side bar. Take a look at the google adsense heatmap for tips and ideas on where to place ads

Do a google search for adsense heat maps. You will see that your placement (bottom right) is not optimized.

You should combine the free e-book and subscription form


Add a heading to the search bar


The leadership board ad at the bottom of your page is too wide, consider banner ad instead.

Also consider wrapping the text around some of your ads within your page.

Hello again, Your website looks good very well laid out. Should bring you a lot of traffic. I just finished my website last night, still got some minor tweaks to do especially on proper grammar. This is my second rebuild of this site.I have got to get traffic to it before Christmas shopping starts. Because it could bring in a lot of cash. Again your site looks great, keep going and don't stop, If there is one thing people need now it is encouragement and direction both spiritually and physically, and yes even mentally.

Take a look at my website, and remember I did not know much about this, only enough to get me in a big mess. Thanks to WA community and training sources, some computer repair shops say that my site is probally an estimated $4000.00 site if some one built it for me.
