Beware of Windows 10!
A friend of mine here had an issue today with Win Ten, which overtook her computer without her consent. Oddly, enough, I had the same thing happen only a few hours later.
Thanks to her , I found an article that discussed this very issue. so please be careful and read the Win Ten pop-up before you click it off, as it may have a clock ticking.
If so, look for the hidden button to decline any further action. BUT, if you do not and it shuts down your computer. HAVE NO FEAR! You can decline the user agreement when it pops up that will make it uninstall and return you to your normal operating system.

It seems they are doing that with everyone who has not yet upgraded, eventually everyone who wants windows will be on 10
$18,000 Week last week because of Windows 10. Which makes this our First $20,000 month Since 2012. We had 33 Businesses call by 10 am last Monday. This is because a city government recommended us to Many Businesses. I only have 1 other person in this physical area. I have done 8 of the companies myself. We will finish the remaining 10 over the next 10 days.
We are Microsoft Certified Partners. My company has done over 1000 upgrades/installs with issues only related to a program called JAWS and other AT applications. There are some issues that we get bulletins on that the general public never sees.
I have seen people who know much less than they think they know, answer questions improperly or just botch things.
If you have a crappy system Windows 10 will NOT fix that.
I think we will offer a 'FIX YOUR BOTCH' service and make some money on these issues.

I just went through Windows 10 hell. Had to wipe my computer and roll it back to Windows 8.1 What a nightmare!
Knowledge is power... did you know Windows 10 preserves your Original OS in the rare case you botch it so that you can get your system back in a few minutes? Guess Not.

I do a lot of work on my chrome book just because it's faster and has better sound. I'm going to fire up my lap top right now and see what's up. I love my rural home but relying on satellite service for windows is less than perfect.
Yes, it is KariLee! Rural does not mean fast in any language! Ha! Hmm, chrome book. I may look into that.. You do all your work on it?
