The only Google rankings I'm getting are for my Google Plus posts. Don't get me wrong they're consistently on the first page (sometimes the second page), which is good, but why
You only see those because you are logged in to your Google account when doing your search. How old is your site? How many pages/posts? Theses are just a few of the factors that will effect rankings.
Why am I only getting google plus rankings?

I have 7 pages and 11 posts, but my WA Activity Dashboard only shows 7 pages and 2 posts. I wonder why that is, and whether it's adversely impacting my site health rating.
Yes I refreshed several times, and there's nothing in my Drafts folder. I guess it's not important, but it's kind of annoying. I like to have accurate information, especially since I'm paying for the service :)
There have been problems recently with the WA and WordPress servers so things may not be as up to date as they should be.
Also have you clicked on the refresh button on your dashboard? that sometimes makes a difference to the numbers.
As long as you can see all your posts in your administration area I would not worry too much about it. As Steve says Google will know how many posts/pages you have.
One last thing, you should, to be on the safe side, back up you site regularly.
Here is a post that I wrote recently on the subject of the importance of backing up: What is Backing Up? Lis
If you are talking about the site health report, don't worry about it. Google will know how many posts and pages your site has.

Why won't dashboard accurately reflect my number of posts?
