You can cancel. You will lose access on your expiration date and your site
Will be removed after 30 days. If you come back before your site is removed, great. If not, you’ll need to ask site support to restore it from backup.

Don't leave for any longer than you have to...this is home, you know.
I, too, am leaving for a month, but under better circumstances. I will be spending the month in CA in Feb., a welcome break from our winter. However, am writing posts ahead so I can keep the website going.
You could do the same. Just keep writing, even though you can't post anything for a while. When you come back, you will have some posts to put on right away. It would make your return easier.

I want to remove AdSense, adds appear every where and in inappropriate position. Thank you in advance.
That's just the reason I didn't join. However, PoppaJoe has mentioned something I did not know was possible. Glad to know you can exert your druthers to a certain extent.
In addition, you can control individual ads. Sometime I need to go through and block the ones that are not a good fit, or run contrary to what the post is about.
ie... one of my post was about CBD and some of the problems associated. Some of the ads were about legally buying into marijuana stocks. Decided to block the ads as it was a bit in the wrong direction and trying to counter my post.
Before you disconnect from Adsense, have you thought about taking control of where the ads are placed? You do have a certain amount of control over their positions and how many ads you want displayed. Think about it before you decide to give up a source of monetization.
Good point...I use the Ad Inserter plugin and it's great! They even have a how-to for using it with AdSense. You still need to remove the auto-placement code though.
Where is the auto-placement code? is it in my wordpress dashboard, header & footer (see screenshit below) ?
Thanks
I'm watching some more training to find my solutions, because I don't have control on my ads unfortunately
charles
Happy to help. Now, consider setting up Ad Blocks in AdSense and using the Ad Inserter plugin to control layout.
I will look into it soon as I start to get more traffic, for now I don’t think Adsense it’s for me as I don’t generate much traffic for this new born website
Thanks again
Hi Nina,
The code or plugin use placed in you Wordpress back office delete or disconnect them.
I was thinking about placing them on my site now I am having second thoughts.
Could you share why you don't want them anymore to help me make a decision?
Maxine
It depends on how you added it to your site. My assumption is you added the code to your header file. Just remove that code.
You can remove the AdSense Ads from your website by simply disconnecting it from Adsense.
In your Google Adsense Account navigate to Settings > My Sites and under “Sites” click on the site you want to be removed by Simply turning the “Verified Site” Toggle to off.

Hello friends, I was in a friend house to work in my site, because lack of connection at home, I couldn't open my site to work on. WordPress recognized my email and password, b
Please, contact site support immediately. When I faced a similar problem, they did not take long to fix it.
Joseph.
That sounds strange Nina. Maybe you need to check when you get home. Did you try just going into your website while at your friend's place? If the issue still exists when you get home, I'd contact site support. Jim
is it a site rubix site or a domain site ? usually you sign in with yourdomainname/wp-admin and enter the password that was generated at WA
