Not Been Well Again!
It's a nuisance but something I have to live with.
I can go for several weeks and I'm fine but I get a cold and it knocks me for six.
This time I had hot and cold sweats for 10 days and felt like garbage and lived on cornflakes and porridge as I couldn't eat anything else.
I'm fine now, so will go back to working on my rather empty new website.

Good to hear that you are fine again.
As you say, you'll have to live with the fact that as we get older, things don't 'go away' as quickly as they used to, and if you've had any major illness in the past it takes even longer.
