A Bad Year So Far!

Not Been Well Again!

It's a nuisance but something I have to live with.I can go for several weeks and I'm fine but I get a cold and it knocks me for six.This time I had hot and cold sweats for 10 days and felt like garbage and lived on cornflakes and porridge as I couldn't eat anything else.I'm fine now, so will go back to working on my rather empty new website.Neil
