I am unable to access my website. When I tried to login I only get blank page or page not found and asked me to reload. It all started when I tried to use email before download
Sounds like you've installed a plugin that may have broken your website. In this case, and if you remember the name of the plugin, you can access the website files using an FTP program and delete it through this.
Once it's deleted it all should work again (had the same problem once).
If you don't know how to do this or haven't installed a plugin recently, then it's better to submit a support ticket. Marion Black has you covered in her answer. :)

Have you done a manual backup before loading pluggins ? If yes try to back it up and see whether the problem remains or else send a ticket to the support team. Might be a plugin crash or something

How do I change the email address in my website? During set up I have registered under admin and given my gmail address. But now I like to change my email using the domain name
You can do it within site rubix, Then click on email at the top menu, From there you can create a new email and click on the domain you want to use, Any questions feel free to ask :)
Thank you Matteo. I still have problem with regard to Comment since it is submitted to my gmail mail. I want to receive the comment from my new domain email.
